If our standard line of products does not have what you are looking for, we have customizable solutions to make sure that we can fill your packaging needs. We operate our own bottle molding department and can meet any OEM size or style as you request.

Our multiple materials such as PET, HDPE, PP and ABS can produce plastic containers in different sizes, shapes and colors, including bottles, jars, tubes, pails, scoops and cylinders. Special treatment including metalized, soft touch, see through, and iridescent treatment can be offered to fill your needs. We also provide custom packaging service for sports nutrition and cosmetic.

We can take client drawings and model them to produce a 3D printed sample. If the sample is approved, we will then develop a mold that will be used to produce the customized bottle or jar. After final approval, we can begin full scale production of your custom packaging solutions.

    • PET or PETE (Polyethylene Terephthalate )
      PET is a lightweight and non-toxic material and can be semi-rigid to rigid. It has excellent humidity and heat resistance properties.
    • HDPE(High Density Polyethylene)
      High Density Polyethylene is a thermoplastic polymer, known for its high strength-to-density ratio. HDPE has little branching, making it stronger intermolecular forces and tensile strength than LDPE.
    • PP(Polypropylene)
      PP is normally tough and flexible. It is a white, mechanically rugged material and has a high chemical resistance.
    • ABS (Acrylonitrile butadiene styrene)
      ABS is impact resistant and tough. A variety of modifications can be made to increase impact resistance, toughness, and heat resistance.
    • PVC (Polyvinyl Chloride)
      PVC is a white, brittle solid. It has strong compressive strength and electrical insulating property.
    • LDPE(Low Density Polyethylene)
      LDPE is defined by low density and it is tasteless, odorless and non-toxic. It has strong humidity resistance and excellent breathability. It cannot withstand high temperature for a long time.
    • PS (Polystyrene)
      Polystyrene is clear, hard, and rather brittle. It is naturally transparent, but can be coloured with colourants.
